- Avoid the intake of nicotine, caffeine or alcohol within four hours of your usual bedtime.

Shift work sleep disorder is a common problem noticed among men and women. It is a circadian rhythm sleep disorder found in people who are working in unstable schedules of time i.e. rotational working hours or long night shifts.
